We give a warranty on:
1. warping of the fronts;
2. production errors, such as adhesive seams coming loose;
3. production errors with regard to the veneer layers and edge finishes;
4. errors in color and/or coatings;
Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the day of delivery. To make a claim under the warranty conditions, you must be able to submit proof of purchase. Please make sure you don’t lose your invoice.
The warranty expires if any alterations or changes have been made to the delivered products.
The warranty lapses in the event of resale of the delivered products, unless this has been explicitly agreed upon in writing with the buyer.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nicks or scratches, or damage from impact or accidents.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly stored, assembled or installed.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been cleaned incorrectly or with the wrong cleaning materials.
There is no warranty in the event of damage attributable to the consumer or third parties who use the product incorrectly.
This warranty does not cover incidental or indirect damages.
Crack formation due to low humidity is excluded from the warranty. The humidity should be between 40-60%. Especially in winter the humidity can be lower than 40%. Please pay close attention to this.
