You have the right to withdraw from the agreement with HoutCuisine within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. However, this does not apply in the case of customization. Custom orders are created by choosing a size, finish or other form of execution that is not in stock at our manufacturer or in our warehouse.
Products that can be returned
It can happen that you want to return an order. This might be because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order on second thought. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after ordering without giving any reason. The return address can be found below.
The products eligible for revocation are the coffee tables.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of the courier of your choice for the exact rates.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us in its original condition with all accessories and packaging supplied. To exercise this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, the value of this depreciation of the product will be passed on to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
Products that cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to customer specifications. This applies to all fronts, panels, skirting boards, wall shelves and base units; these products are specially made to measure and are produced per order.
Where can I send it?
You can return the order by sending it to the specified address that you will receive by email. Just make sure we know who sent it! Add a note with order number and name, or simply include the invoice with the order.
