Solid oak cherry coral has a deep reddish tint that closely resembles freshly cut teak wood, displaying a beautiful reddish-brown color. This shade complements well in a bold or eclectic style. The grain direction on the fronts is vertical, creating unity in your kitchen. All solid oak fronts come standard with a visible steel strip that is recessed on the back, providing a 100% guarantee against warping. For an additional cost, the steel strip can also be invisibly integrated. Need custom-made cabinets instead of IKEA Metod? Inquire about the possibilities.
The ‘fine sawn’ finish means that there are light, horizontal saw cuts visible on the wood. These saw marks give the wood a robust character; as if it was removed prematurely from the sawmill. These solid oak fronts are finished with a hard wax oil from the Rubio Monocoat brand in the color Cherry Coral, which protects them well against moisture and grease, and makes them easy to clean.
The fronts can be equipped with a handleless profile for a handleless effect. It is also possible to use one of our handles. Check out our range of handles here.
Our oak wood and oak veneer comes from European forests and is sustainably harvested. All panels are standard delivered in a rustic appearance, but are also available in an A-quality. That means there are few knots in it and that it is ‘fault-free’, which gives a calmer appearance.
