Why a deposit?
Producing the samples is quite labor-intensive and therefore costs a lot of money. Often, after a choice has been made for a finish, the samples are no longer used and end up in the trash. We find this very wasteful as the sample, if not damaged, can be reused for another customer.
That is why we came up with the deposit concept. You only pay for the shipping costs, but not for the return costs. We take care of those. So you pay an amount in advance for the shipping and for the samples. As soon as the samples are returned undamaged, we will refund the amount for the samples. Returns must be made within a year.

The return label is for PostNL. The sample boxes for 1 or 2 samples can be returned via the mailbox. More than 2 samples should always be returned via a package point.
Who pays for the shipping costs to send the samples?
Those costs are for you as a customer.
Within how many working days can I expect to receive the deposit refund?
We will refund the deposit within 10 working days to the used bank account.
What if the samples are damaged?
We cannot accept damaged samples as they cannot be reused for other customers. Damage includes scratches, stains, dents, etc.
